The 2025 Chevy Blazer EV offers electric performance with convenient tech features, enhanced safety functions, and high-tech exterior elements. Check out seven innovative features of the new Blazer EV below.

1. Electric Propulsion System

The Blazer EV runs on an electric propulsion system that offers an EPA-estimated 283 miles of range on a full charge, 300 horsepower, and 355 lb.-ft. of torque. The onboard charging module is capable of achieving Level 2 charge rates of up to 11.5 kW, and the propulsion battery has 85 kWh Battery Rated Energy, reaching fast-charging rates of up to 150 kW.

2. Chevy Safety Assist

The 2025 Blazer EV features Chevy Safety Assist, which acts as a second pair of eyes on the road to keep you safer behind the wheel. The Chevy Safety Assist package includes the following functions:

  • Forward Collision Alert
  • Following Distance Indicator
  • Front Pedestrian Braking
  • Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning
  • IntelliBeam
  • Automatic Emergency Braking

These driver-assistance functions alert you to potential hazards through audio and visual alerts. If you cannot take corrective action to prevent an accident, features like Automatic Emergency Braking activate the hard brakes.

3. Google Built-In Compatibility

The new Chevy Blazer EV has Google built-in compatibility on its 17.7-inch LCD touchscreen display. With Google built-in, you can use Google Maps to get live GPS directions to new locations or Google Assistant to schedule personal appointments and reminders inside your vehicle. Google built-in also comes with Google Play and Gmail.

4. SiriusXM Radio with 360L

Every 2025 Blazer EV comes with a free 3-month trial subscription to SiriusXM radio with 360L. SiriusXM provides endless entertainment for your longest rides, with dozens of exclusive music stations. You can also use SiriusXM to enjoy live sporting events or stay informed with international news reports.

5. Bluetooth Capabilities

The new Chevrolet Blazer EV has Bluetooth capabilities that allow you to pair a smartphone to the vehicle without any cumbersome wires. You can also use Bluetooth audio streaming to listen to your phone’s music playlists on streaming services like Apple Music or Spotify.

6. Traffic Sign Recognition

Traffic Sign Recognition is an advanced safety feature that uses cameras to read nearby traffic signs and ensure you adhere to the local speed limit. Traffic Sign Recognition displays the detected speed limit on your instrument cluster and alerts you with an audio chime if you begin to exceed that limit.

7. Rainsense Automatic Wipers

The Blazer EV SS trim comes with Rainsense automatic windshield wipers that can detect precipitation and turn on automatically. These wipers can also measure how much moisture is on the windshield and adjust their speed accordingly.
