The 2025 Chevy Silverado EV is a powerhouse with future-ready technology. Read our introductory guide below to learn more about its motivated electric powertrain, massive pickup bed, and modern conveniences.
Ever-Capable Performance
The Silverado EV’s dual motor all-wheel drive system sends nearly instantaneous torque to the truck’s four wheels for impressive traction and handling. The LT comes standard with an Extended Range battery that provides an impressive 408 miles of driving range. The powertrain generates 645 horsepower and 765 lb.-ft. of torque for quick acceleration and plenty of power.
The upgraded RST trim can be had with an Extended Range battery that delivers 390 miles of driving range. Alternatively, the RST can come with an available Max Range battery that delivers 460 miles of range, 760 horsepower, and 785 lb.-ft. of torque. Every Silverado EV comes with DC fast-charging capability and four-wheel independent suspension.
Generous Cargo Space
The bed’s 5-foot 11-inch length offers plenty of space for longer cargo items. This convenient and functional space has a multi-flex tailgate, cargo bed lighting, and hitch area lighting. The tailgate locks with the same key as the cabin doors and ignition.
Chevy added a lockable storage compartment under the Silverado EV’s hood. This excellent eTrunk can be used for securing your tools. The space measures 10.7 cubic feet.
Comfort and Convenience
Every Silverado EV comes standard with the robust Comfort and Convenience package. It gives the four-door cabin a floor-mounted console, rear heated outboard seats, and 12-way power-adjustable driver and passenger seats. The driver will also have memory settings for the seat and steering column.
A Bose premium audio system produces outstanding quality with its seven speakers and subwoofer. Keeping your phone fully charged is a breeze with the convenient wireless smartphone charging pad.
Advanced Driver Assist Tech
Safety Package 2 also comes standard on every truck this year. Enhanced automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic braking, and side bicyclist alert are a few of the highlights. You’ll also have traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, and LED reflective windshield collision alert.
The blind zone steering assist feature will monitor your side blind zones. When a vehicle is spotted moving into your side blind zones, the technology will add alerts to your side mirrors. If you’re merging when the vehicle approaches, the feature will firmly take control of the steering briefly to keep your truck safely in your original lane.
A 17.7-inch touchscreen, remote start, and available hands-free driving are just a few more features that make the 2025 Silverado EV such a desirable truck. Contact Matt LaFontaine Chevrolet GMC in Grayling, MI to schedule a test drive and experience this powerful truck’s incredible performance.
