1. 7-Passenger Seating

The Chevrolet Traverse has a spacious cabin that can fit up to seven passengers, with loads of head and legroom for everyone. The front row contains two bucket seats: an 8-way power driver seat and a 4-way manual passenger seat. The second row has two captain’s chairs, with a SmartSlide passenger-side seat that can be moved back and forth for access to the third row.

The Traverse’s third row is a 60/40 bench seat that can be folded flat to free up more cargo space in the rear of the cabin. With your second and third-row seats folded down, the Traverse has a maximum cargo volume of 98 cubic feet.

2. Convenience Package

The 2025 Traverse comes with a convenience package that makes all of your adventures more comfortable. This package includes heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and Remote Start. With Remote Start, you can turn your Traverse on from inside your house and adjust the climate system to your liking before you get in the vehicle.

3. Google Built-In Compatibility

The new Chevy Traverse has a 17.7-inch color LCD display with Google built-in compatibility. Google built-in brings helpful resources like Maps, Assistant, Gmail, and Play directly to your cabin.

With Google Maps, you can look up real-time navigation to new locations, and with Assistant, you can set personal reminders or appointments. Google Play allows you to download additional apps to your Traverse’s infotainment system, while Gmail lets you send emails from inside your vehicle.

4. SiriusXM with 360L

Every new Chevy Traverse comes with three free months of SiriusXM satellite radio with 360L. SiriusXM is Chevrolet’s preferred entertainment provider because it offers hundreds of music, news, and sports stations. You can also listen to exclusive talk shows and celebrity interviews on SiriusXM!

5. AutoSense Power Liftgate

The 2025 Traverse has an AutoSense power liftgate that makes it possible to open your cargo area while your hands are full. When your key fob is near the rear of the vehicle, the AutoSense power liftgate opens will lift open ​automatically.

6. Safety Package 1

The Chevrolet Traverse comes with a wide range of advanced safety features, including Safety Package 1. This package contains several driver-assistance tools that use radar sensors and cameras to monitor your SUV’s position and the area surrounding it. Functions in Safety Package 1 include Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Side Bicyclist Alert, and Enhanced Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning.
